In case you missed last week’s big announcement, leading private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo announced the acquisitions and merger of MeridianLink and our ACTion, Synergy, and Achieve divisions.
Since making the announcement, it’s still business as usual for all of us here as we continue to work as hard as ever to provide added value for all of our clients and vendor partners. Further details of this merger with MeridianLink will be made available as soon as they are finalized.
The combined organization, named MeridianLink, will service approximately 1,200 customers and over 300,000 end users. Tim Nguyen, MeridianLink’s co-founder and CEO, will lead the combined company through this exciting period of innovation and continued focus on industry-leading customer service.
“MeridianLink has a well-deserved reputation for making lending operations and the jobs of loan officers easier,” said Tim Nguyen, President and CEO of MeridianLink. “With the merger, we continue to build on our industry-leading technology, with a focus on giving our customers the tools they need to succeed in today’s increasingly demanding financial services environment.”
We couldn’t agree with Mr. Nguyen more. While bringing together two of the most reputable technology and solutions is huge news for us, it’s even bigger for our clients or vendor partners. The new MeridianLink’s combined expertise and experience will help our clients and partners achieve even greater levels of success.
